There are many good reasons why the olive oil, or better still, an extra virgin olive oil is best for one’s diet. In fact, the presence of good fats in it makes this oil very effective in preventing coronary heart disease. In addition, the presence of polyphenol in olive oil helps protect our heart by making the arteries more elastic. Olive oil also helps regulate blood pressure and blood sugar level. In addition, the extra virgin olive oil is now a famous substance added to several beauty products, because of its capability to keep your skin young and vibrant.

When you are striving to find the easiest ways to eat healthy but good-tasting foods, you may want to start cooking foods that are rich in nutrients using extra virgin olive oil as an alternative to your usual cooking oil. Aside from that, olive oil is also perfect for your salad. It’s definitely worth making the effort and is a worthy ingredient in your daily food intake that will definitely show positive results, together with proper overall discipline.
