The main purpose of dessert is to help the digestion process of the previous meal. Desserts should not be heavy or else it would do the opposite. Eating desserts with fresh fruits- sliced and mixed is a good and healthy treat. It will refresh your taste buds and your digestion of the meal you just had will be easier and quicker too. You can always add some kind of dressing or sauce to bring an extra essence and also, choose fruits with more anti oxidants.

Home espresso equipment is exploding onto the kitchen appliance scene in ever greater numbers and designs with ever lower prices, but what is the true definition and origins of espresso coffee and what are the crucial factors in a good home espresso ?
Cafe espresso or simply, espresso, as it is now commonly known, is a concentrated coffee libation brewed by forcing hot water under pressure thru finely ground coffee beans.
The term cafe-espress was first used in the 1880s, long before espresso machines were invented and basically means coffee made to order, expressly for the person ordering it.

Many of us still love our deep fried food, whether it’s a now and again treat or a more frequent part of a diet, even though it’s not really a healthy choice for our bodies. It may be classic favorites like a dish of fried clams, a fresh batch of onion rings or French fries, or a spicy hot batch of deep-fried chicken legs. You can simply go to a local restaurant or fast-food place for deep fried food, or you can purchase one of the deep fryers available and make it right in your kitchen.

Some people know just how to create the perfect party, either an elegant dinner party with clear cut crystal and fine linens or just a casual backyard pool party. They seem to come complete with a manual of successful dinner party recipes, tips, tools and techniques that others just can’t seem to find. They create the ideal party that everyone just remembers.
For others, it just does not seem to be that easy.

I often think about how much I enjoy meat anymore. I don’t know whether it’s the taste I’m growing less fond of or if it’s the whole thought that it’s an animal I’m eating. Would I still eat like that if I had to go out and hunt for my food? I wonder about that sometimes. But will I ever be able to forego meat all together, never eat another sirloin or chicken cutlet. I’m not certain, but in the meanwhile I think about eating a more vegetarian diet.
