The joy of being able to attend authentic Italian cooking schools! There are many excellent courses available, right here in America, for those wishing to truly learn the art of Italian cooking. Creative cooking schools such as the Institute of Culinary Education in New York are enjoying a new surge of eager students, ready to learn all they possibly can about American, French and Italian cooking. School president, Richard Smilow, says his classes have shown a substantial increase each year for the past five years. Further, he expects this trend to continue.
