We live in a world where doing things faster and cheaper is the norm. Our eating patterns are no different. People want to eat better but think it takes a lot of time to prepare so they go and eat fast food. Advertising is telling us that eating out is cheaper to do than eating in. This is also wrong in the short term and long term.
