Vitamin C is used widely in topical anti-aging products. But you must be able to heal from within too and if you eat oranges you will get a huge dose of vitamin C.

Walnuts
Walnuts are loaded with antioxidants. This makes them great suppliers of certain cancer fighting compounds. Not only will they keep skin cancer from developing, they can also fight discoloration and other types of environmental weathering.

Green tea
Green tea is another great source for antioxidants.

Almonds
Almonds are very well known for the amount of vitamin E they contain. If you apply vitamin E topically then it will lighten scars and stretch marks. Using vitamin E topically an diminish the appearance of age spots. Taken internally vitamin E will actually help to prevent age spots from forming.

(Note: if you are having surgery anytime soon, you should as your doctor what is the correct amount of vitamin E for your diet. Taking extra vitamin E will make people bleed more, so you should probably stop taking supplements for now)
